Power freezes

My (tr)USDX freezes while I'm transmitting CW. The sound stops and the screen freezes and sometimes the screen displays "!!!Check PTT/Key". After a half minute it comes back on. Then it fails again a few moments after that. I thought it might refer to a setting but there is no such setting. My paddle is fine. I bought it assembled just a few days ago. Thanks! Scott kw4jm

Hello OMs,
this sounds like stray RF on power supply lines or stray RF from a balanced antenna getting back to the unbalanced (tr)uSDX output port or stray RF on the Paddle/Key cable......
Never had any issue like that on my uSDX and (tr)uSDX.
Think about you are using a fully plastic housing and therefore no real screening, only large ground plane area on inner PCB layers...
