Reverse power damages

Hi Forum,
after i build my rig i came to use a red and red/black colored conductor to power it reversed. *yikes* Immediately the magic smoke came out. I found the tantal next to the usb converter turned black. So i replaced all tantals on the mainboard as well as the BS170s and INA219 on the rfboard (Tip: (not affiliated) the INA219 is source able via reichelt as DEBO SENS POWER).
Reception as well as power measurement works again. Just the usb converter is not functional but i have ordered this chip as well.
