I need a few bs170 for my (tr)usdx...someone know a sure site where i can buy NO FAKE bs170 ? (I bought them on ebay already once and they are fake) Or I must contact directly Sunny for a new mounted and tested rf board?

I bought BS170's from Amazon, they are legit Fairchild and worked perfectly.

If Mouser or Farnell or Digikey have counterfeit components, it'll be a really bad state of affairs.
Pretty much any of the "standard" component suppliers should be able to furnish you with real parts, and most likely at a better price than the fake sellers on Amazon or Ebay.

I no longer use the marketplace websites for components.

When mouser and digikey are out of stock, Newark had plenty.
