Hi guys,
I just replaced the MCU fried because something touched the keyer and probably the 328 did not agree....
After fixing with a genuine (I hope) 328P AU, I have no high-level signal on the encoder pins. I guess the MCU should pull-up pins 10 and 11. Actually, I read less then 0,2V on both.
I made several resets, firmware uploads but nothing.....
Any suggestions ?

Solved !
As usual... an invisible short between pin 9 and 10 locked the encoder up&down settings.
Now it's time for QSOs.
