Menu & enter buttons, also encoder...

Hi
I just completed a (tr)uSDX and it is working. I also updated the firmware.
But I am having a problem with the menu button & enter button. They do not always do what they are supposed to do. You have to push the menu two or three times for it to go in to the menu.
And the enter button does work sometimes.......The encoder if you push it does nothing?
I have also done the firmware again, but with no luck.

OK I found the problem it was a bad solder joint on the ATmega328P chip..........
