I have had hi band uSDX a few weeks and it has worked fine until I measured the output power in the 10m band and then final fet burned. I switched a new fett after that uSDX start always in 7 MHz band.
In the menu I can change lo band tu the hi band and uSDX wortheking , however, the S-meter, power and
FWD-RVS did not show anything.
Do you think Bootloader or Firmware are corrupt or some component?

Perhaps you have already solved. I also burned the fet during the 10m measurement. But I haven't had your problems after replacing the FET. I advise you to reload the firmware.
