1.7w USB powered???

What am I doing wrong?
3rd (tr)uSDX with 5v power is giving me 1.7W, at one point it reached 5.nW; The bad idea occurred to me to try 10n 13.8v and it reached 9.n W, smoke came out and FDT86256 died.
Reviewed welds and revised toroids..., I wound a todoid that gave me doubts...
My second (tr)uSDX following Manuel's instructions is perfect at 10 meters, I haven't moved anything on this one but I don't dare consider it operational.
