I bought a finished t+usdx via the 2 uptech store link, unfortunately the menu is only sporadically available, what can I do to ensure that the trx works properly?

what does: the menue is "sporadically available"?
Please explain what exactly happens.
Menue is selected by pressing once on "Menue" button. If this doesn't work maybe your menue button switch is not really ok. Than please ask your seller for a replacement and repair it by changing it.

As specified by chris, please provide more info.
Then i always suggest, to do a reset and re-install firmware and check if it improves
