Hi there. I'm in the USA and shipping from reichelt will be almost 30 days, according to their email.
Besides that, they are not the most inexpensive option.

I have searched aliexpress high and low, but it seems there is now a shortage of 23mm 32Ohm speakers.

Any suggestions?

I found one aliexpress speaker that is 17 or 20mm, while still being 32Ohm. I've considered designing a smaller speaker holder and going that route.

I've also seen some 23mm 16Ohm speakers, but I'm assuming I shouldn't reduce the impedance that much?

Suggestions?

I plan on making 50 of these things, so price does matter haha.

PS: I recall it needing a certain amount of impedance, not a problem with ear phones because of the added resistor when you plug them in. So probably you do need 32 ohms or more. It does not look like anything larger than 23mm will fit, so same size or smaller. I have looked at 23mm 8 ohm speakers because I plan to try adding an lm386. It is very hard to tell how well something might work short of buying one and trying it. 73 OM and let us know what you find
