No Q4 and Q5 mounted on RF Board

my (tr)usdx never went in tx and in mine previous topic always we talked about fake bs170 but today i noticed that in my RF board there are not mounted the components Q4 and Q5 (IRLML2060 and FDT86256)...Could this be the reason why my radio does not trasmit?
