Where can I buy the FDT86256 in DL?

Hello uSDX friends,
while tuning the 10m-band the FDT86256 died in my unit.
I have sent too long a cw- carrier at 13V. (too much power!!!!)

This is not the problem, but where can I get a replacement?
The online shops of "R..." or "C..." do not have the FDT86256 in the offer.

Where can I buy this PA-FET in small quantities ?
(In DL or elsewhere ?)

Who has an idea ???

Add some more stuff to you cart to get above 50€, then it's free shipping.

I had Chinese and taiwanese FDT86256 which both were not anywhere close to datasheet values. Only mouser ones were.
So even sunny buys from mouser !
