Dead Main Unit

Hello all. While trying to flash the bootloader on a fully working but with the modulation problem trusdx the screen of the main board unit gone dark. I was getting a missmatch error in avrdudess.
I have purchased a AVR ISP MKII programmer to try since i had nothing but failures with the Arduino UNO r3. Still i cannot read the 328P and i get errors. If i plug the trusdx mainboard to USB port of my PC i see the comport on device manager.
Any suggestions pls? I really miss my trusdx
