Hello,
I'm getting started putting together a (tr)uSDX kit that I bought on Amazon - from the approved vendor.
Starting by winding coils. OK - L11, 400nH. 11 turns on a T37-2 core. I wound the required turns, using the convention that each time the wire passes through the core, that's a turn.
My RLC bridge says that the resulting inductor is 550nH. Remove turns to get it to 400? Or just accept what I get?
Thanks in advance,
- Jerryk

Re: Coil Values
Seems my RLC bridge was lying to me. I threw up my hands and just counted turns. I can surely verify all the LPFs in operation.

Re: Coil Values
OK, it's all together. Couldn't put it on the air though. High winds today, I had to tilt down my vertical.
But even with the vertical tilted down, it's still hearing some signals.
