What means (>) when I press Ⓔncoder and how I can Exit out of menu and know what is adopted?

This is the meu:

Ⓛeft Ⓔncoder Ⓡight button, ⥀=turn, –=hold button (longer), ◯◯=fast double click, ◯-◯-=slow double click, ◯-⥀=hold button and turn

Hello,

You can exit the menu with the left and right buttons. What you have selected is always active without explicitly confirming it. Example: Select menu 2.6 and make your selection with the Rotary. When you press your button, you immediately have the selected setting. To exit, press the left or right button.
