Hello, I would like to mill a front panel out of aluminium, is there an exact dimensioning of the panel or can someone manufacture it? 73 Claus DL7SQ

I'm using an anodized aluminium front panel created with "Front Panel Designer" and milled at Schaeffer AG in Berlin.
If interested, send me an email (good on QRZ.com) and I will provide the ".fpd" design file.

You can either directly measure it from the front panel STL File on

or design even your complete own housing by using the step-model of (tr)uSDX internals, that is available on my homepage:

Either way: If you design something yourself, please share it, so others can benefit as well (like Jens is offering here)
