I am not sure where I may have gone wrong but my unit didn't show my callsign so I uploaded the bootloader and then the new firmware. Now my unit only shows that serial number when turned on. It doesn't do anything else.
Any thoughts on fixing it? Did I just "brick" my radio?

99,9% you've entered the wrong serial number for download. Carefully enter the right one and it should work.
