Battery overdischarge protection

Can you please tell me if there is software protection against battery over-discharge if the power comes from the battery?
If there is no such a function, I think it would be useful to add it. Batteries can be different, so you can enter a power voltage setting that would either give a low battery warning or shut down the transceiver
