Firmware Upgrade and Serial Number

Hi all,
I am a lucky owner of a 3rd hand (tr)usdx (rel. 1.0 - Nov 2021 from PCB) but the envelope
with Serial Number was "missed in action" (somewhere) .. The question is: how can download
and testing new Firmware(s) and even change the inside callsign referring to the first user ??
