PA MOSFET IRLML2060

Hi ALL,
Low Band version uses 3 BS170, they work fine for me.
For Classical- and High-Band version there is a FDT86256 in use for the PA.
In the schematics an on the board there is a IRLML2060 (Q4) shown as Alternativ.
What is the difference between these two MOSFET.
